Just some happy goldfish
Neo passed away today😞
His scales started to puff out 2 days ago.
He lost interest in eating, and he was gone by today. Sometimes it’s just that quick with fish. He was my first rescue, so I’m very sad to see this guy go.
A few picture s I have from his first 3 weeks with me 💕💕💕
In better news, all the other fish are doing well. The goldfish (pictured in the video) are happy as are the guppies and the other 8 bettas . 3 of my bettas are under the weather though. I lost Merlin a few days ago. But Nova Scotia, Ghost, and Neo are okay, but struggling.
Above (Merlin, female betta, now deceased)
Nova Scotia (male veiltail betta, still eating well, but he’s having trouble getting to the surface)
Ghost (male betta, crowntail. Can’t sink easily, and lays on side a lot)
(above) Neo (male crowntail betta) This is how he looked after two weeks of care after I got him ill from a store. I’ll have to get a more recent photo, but now his fins are much thinner?
Unfortunately, sometime during the day while I was at work yesterday, little Merlin passed away. I am very sad to see this little betta go. She was very energetic up until the last few days.
A picture from when I first got her 💔 (she was still alive in all the pictures)
My 20 gallon softwater tank
Nova Scotia is not feeling better ;-; Both he and little Merlin are sinking to the bottom. I is very sad. Especially for Merlin, she is the tinest adult female betta I’ve ever seen.
Nova Scotia is feeling better!
Day 4 of the seeds growing for one of the betta tanks. And a bonus picture of the goldfish while I was cleaing their tank
Sneak peak of one of the tanks I’ve started rescaping with live aquarium plants. Several of the betta tanks are being rescaped, as well as the 10 gallon and the cylinder 3 gallon tank. Errors have been made, but it’s all about the learning process
Current goldfish set up. May be splurging on a new tank and stand set up… This weekend! We will see how things go !😃😃😃
